Everyone know about corona virus and present time it is very critical situation for all people . So my motive is that i want to do aware to all people from some guidlines of corona virus through my blog.Hope you like it.

CORONA VIRUS :-

Due to this people faces many problems even till now we lost our family members friends and more people. so please be careful through this. firstly use safety because you are most important part of your family your family dont want to loss you. 

If COVID-19 is spreading in your community, stay safe by taking some simple precautions, such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning your hands, and coughing into a bent elbow or tissue. Check local advice where you live and work.. 

 

WHAT TO DO KEEP YOUSELF AND OTHERS SAFE FROM COVID -19 :-

  Maintain at least a 1-metre distance between yourself and others to reduce your risk of infection when they cough, sneeze or speak. Maintain an even greater distance between yourself and others when indoors. The further away, the better. 

• Make wearing a mask a normal part of being around other people. The appropriate use, storage and cleaning or disposal are essential to make masks as effective as possible.
• Use the thing after wash it and regularly use sanitizer.
• Use food only home made not other thing.
• If you have any problem in your health please consult your near doctor don't take risk of any type.
• Stay away from mob.Increase your immunity system. And do exercise regularly.

PROCEDURES FOR SELF QURANTINE UNDER COVID-19  :- 

• stay at home.
• use properly mask.
• don't go anywhere.
• take rest till you don't feel better.
• wash your hands.
• check temperature.
•  stay in a specific room.
• watch for other symptoms.
• practice social distancing.
• call your doctor after visiting anywhere.

 HOW TO WEAR A MASK :- 

 

•  Clean your hands before you put your mask on, as well as before and after you take it off, and after you touch it at any time. Make sure it covers both your nose, mouth and chin.  When you take off a mask, store it in a clean plastic bag, and every day either wash it if it’s a fabric mask, or dispose of a medical mask in a trash bin. Don’t use masks with valves.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR ENVIORMENT SAFER :-

Avoid the 3Cs: spaces that are closed, crowded or involve close contact.

• Outbreaks have been reported in restaurants, choir practices, fitness classes, nightclubs, offices and places of worship where people have gathered, often in crowded indoor settings where they talk loudly, shout, breathe heavily or sing.
• The risks of getting COVID-19 are higher in crowded and inadequately ventilated spaces where infected people spend long periods of time together in close proximity. These environments are where the virus appears to spread by respiratory droplets or aerosols more efficiently, so taking precautions is even more important.

  BENIFITS OF HAND SANITIZER AND MASK:-

• Hand sanitizers are helpful to decrease infections in the hand.
• Alcohol based hand sanitizers are used in common because alcohol is an antiseptic.
•  Face mask has many layers which removes dust and microorganism which is present in the air.
• The benefit of hand sanitizer and face mask is to control the further spread of disease among people.
•  Usage of hand sanitizer is one of the hygienic practices.
• Face masks protect us from disease spread and protect us from pollution.
• Hand sanitizer has 60% of alcohol content which kills microorganism.
•  The aim of the study is to assess the awareness about hand sanitizers and face masks in this disease spread among college students. 
• Hand sanitizers cannot be used by people having allergies because in some sanitizers they have 90% of alcohol content which causes allergies.
